This is a vibe. The trout is a must experience. The staff was super accommodating. I will return for the trout for sure.

Fabulous location especially if you come for pre-theatre dining. Delicious food, first class service - we felt very pampered.
I LOVED my cocktail --a vieux carré. And the pizza was tasty too, The butternut squash soup was good but not excellent and the brussel sprouts were mushy, The chocolate torte for dessert was very satisfying. Our waitress Gaby was excellent and the hostess was very good, offering us a lovely table (16) and checking around and helping out when not seating people.
A lovely pre-theater dinner. Food and wine were excellent. The only (small) issue was that the appetizers arrived before the drinks. It was pretty busy. But we'll be back.
The food was wonderful, but I admit in private as I was passing by later in the evening I had to tell them they were too stingy on their servings of their cups of soup. It was so not full when it was served. I only kept quiet out of respect for my dining companion!
Not our kind of menu. A lot of vegetarian dishes and the meat dishes were not to our liking. Nice place though.
An early New Years Eve dinner with the family. Ok, I didn't like the recent price increases or, their dropping the steak and burger from the menu or, their passing on a 3% credit card fee, but overall the portion size was good and the food better than average. We had the cabernet by the glass, oysters, foccaccia, fish stew, short ribs, risotto, sticky toffee pudding, chocolate torte, a Shirley Temple and expresso. The only other disappointments were having to ask for more water and the servers failure to put in our pizza order (though we were so full we asked her not to at the end of our meal).

We were there for NYE and it was the perfect combo of festive but not too overwhelming. Lots of fun!
I couldn't have asked for a better New Year's Eve dinner with my three sons, all avid foodies in their prime. Succulent Beef Short Rib, melt in your mouth Wild Mushroom Risotto, bright fresh Kale Salad with tangy sweet Pomergranite, and a Wood Oven Pizza that brought me back to the shores of Sicily! The dessert took it to yet another level. I highly recommend the Poached Pear and Caramel Sundae! The bites of my son's aromatic Sticky Toffee with Vanilla Gelato rounded out the meal in airy decadence. The entire dinner was curated and delivered by the sweetest of servers, Gabrielle, who made our dining experience a perfect 10! And though I rarely give reviews, this is a ‘must go' recommendation. Everything was excellent: reservation, service, cocktails & food. Just wish they could buffer the noise; on a Saturday night, no way to have a convo at our table.
Wonderful atmosphere, attentive service, great drink and food - and the location was perfect for our show at Freight and Salvage. Would definitely go again. Also the restaurant is located immediately at the exit from the BART station, so easy to get to even in the rain.
