I’m a frequent customer at this café and have always supported the business, so today’s experience was extremely disappointing. My friend was asked to leave simply for not ordering anything, despite the fact that I was actively purchasing and we were sitting together. It felt unnecessary and unwelcoming given how often I come and support this place.

I went in and sat down for about 5 minutes since I usually go to Peets across the street but it was closed. I was deciding on what to order when a man approached me and told me that only customers were allowed to sit inside. Sure, I guess I understood that? I was planning on ordering but the man had a rude tone and it wasn't very welcoming, so I decided to just leave.

Amazing service, I’m always greeted with the biggest smile and I always feel so welcomed here. The food is delicious and the drinks are so amazing and carefully curated to make your taste buds explode in the best way. This is the best coffee shop on telegraph and more people should come here!!

Love this coffee shop! Very convenient location right by campus. I usually dine in in-between classes and it's always a relaxed environment - perfect for getting some work done or light reading. Service is always amazing, I'd highly recommend trying the Iced Pistachio Latte and Lox Bagel. Plenty of outlets and fast wi-fi.

I came to just join my friends in between classes to catch up. I pulled out a can of pringles and the manager proceeded to approach me saying that I can’t have outside food. I apologized sincerely but was met with “well there’s signs everywhere”. In 5 mins, another worker walks up and says we all have to leave because we didn’t pay, but my friends did pay for food and threw out the wrappers after finishing. I just felt watched in the ten minutes I was there and just left, my friends (who were customers) soon left too.

Romeo’s was an incredible experience! The staff was so kind and welcoming, and it was enjoyable to have a great conversation along with an incredible drink. I had a guava lemonade which was very refreshing and my friend got a matcha latte, which she loved. Jose, who made our drinks was so kind and sociable as well :)
