I finally made it to Sanctuary Bistro for lunch. It far exceeded my expectations. The friendly service immediately welcomed us and had us comfortably seated. My wife ordered a mushroom soup while I had the Buffalo ‘dilla with the garlic greens and potatoes. Everything was delicious. The ‘dilla was flavorful. The garlic greens may sound simple, but were perfectly cooked and flavorful. We now have another fantastic vegan option in Charlotte!

The beet salad is the best!
You guys have the best mushroom chowder I have ever tasted. That shiitake mushroom is out of this world good. Must try. And that fried oyster mushroom? Mmm-mm-mmm!!!

We went to Sanctuary Bistro for the first time in October to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we had an incredible experience!
