As an ardent fan of the K-pop group, I was thrilled to attend a gathering that celebrated their music and brought fans together. Ordered hot ginger milk tea but it was not hot at all. Just about room temperature. We asked the staff to make it hot and they said there are not equipped to make it more hotter. I suggest to remove the hot option or rename it to warm

It’s usually pretty busy in here. I’ve been here a few times (including boba day where they had a bogo deal) and they’re pretty fast so I’ve never really had any wait time issues. Their boba is consistently chewy and I find that they actually read the “less ice” detail I add to the my orders. Today I saw the lady sift out the ice before sealing my drink since I asked for 50% ice
