Based on the reviews, Crumbl is a restaurant with very friendly and kind staff. The desserts are excellent, with specific highlights for the lemon cookies and the Dubai chocolate cookie. The cookies are so yummy and of excellent quality, looking exactly like the photos on the app. The store has a good energy, is really clean, and the service is fast and efficient. The sugar is always nice and welcoming. Service is quick and the staff are super kind and helpful. The restaurant is located by UC Berkeley where parking is wild.
