My Vietnamese sandwich here was adequate at best; they had trouble getting it made between taking care of orders of soup. The soup looked fine and might have well been what I should have gone with.
Soop is a small outlet in Berkeley downtown among few other shops. These shops are designed to be basically take to-go and has a single outdoor eating space. Anyways we were at Berkeley on a cold windy day and what better to have than hot soups. We bought chicken tortilla soup and gumbo. Loved both and it was really filling for the afternoon.

Had an order of two soups ($~6/ea.): fresh soups made daily - with vegetarian & vegan options. Food was delicious, staff was unitary, and the ambiance was unique (a long narrow food court with establishments on one side of the space only).
