Smells wonderful when you enter! I wanted to try most of what they had on display. I stopped by again a couple of weeks later, early enough in the day to get a Pretzel Brat, delicious and filling!

Wow, I wish I bought more. The classic pretzel is really great (and authentic according to German companion). We also liked the tiny premade sandwich on a pretzel roll. Once you’ve had these real pretzels, It’s sad to think of all the terrible pretzels sold at events and movie theaters across the USA ;)

The cutest little pretzel shop! We stumbled upon it on our post-gym walk. The pretzel roll with brie was the perfect snack. They warm them up and the brie was perfectly gooey. Very reasonably priced as well.

What a wonderful place! The Brezeln are outstanding, the dough is flavorful and soft and has just the right saltiness without being overwhelming. I love the rotating choices, some traditional (Obatzda!!!), some more American (Cheddar Cheese & Jalapeño), and sometimes some very eclectic Californian choices (I loved the quail egg and Asiago; and the grilled Unagi - surprising and delicious!). Try their crumble (any crumble. Apple or Rhubarb preferred)!
The nicest lady served us some delicious pretzels! They have a nice solid outside with big salt flakes and super soft inside. Fun flavors, but my favorite was the pretzel roll. And loved the little kids book reading nook. My five and three year old loved it!!

This is a beautiful store outside and inside. After stalking this restaurant on Instagram and after I missed pop-up events for Oktoberfest, I finally bought some pretzels. Yummy! It was well worth the wait. I scored some of the weekly specials, the pesto and mozzarella pretzel. I also bought the jalapeño and cheddar. I will never buy one of those pretzels off the street carts ever again. I used to buy Auntie Annie’s soft pretzels at the mall, but never again. I am officially a pretzel snob now. I am making plans to go back to Squabisch for the pretzel sandwiches. The fresh quality ingredients are evident in every bite.
