In the downtown area to take care of a few errands. I had parked the car and was walking around. After I was done, I stopped here for a quick little cup of coffee. The price was right and I was on my way.
Despite being alone and always understaffed there, Kate was amazingly fast, very patient, well-organized, and always delivered every order correctly. The line was most of the time long and customers kept coming, Kate was obviously tired, but she was still very courteous and nice and did not sigh at all. I would be more than happy to have an employee like her. Someone with good qualities and excellent characters like this should be a manager. Starbucks and Target should reward...
