I normally do not leave bad reviews. But I truly feel their heart is in the right place. I am from the south. As in south south. I know seafood and fried seafood. And this is not it. I’m sorry I feel they truly need to try better batter or a consultant on how to fry seafood to get the wonderful taste they are looking for. I feel super bad because businesses need to thrive but before opening a business like this please do community taste testing feedback is SUPER IMPORTANT ! The batter was JUST HARD CORNMEAL batter. YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO MIX IT WITH FLOUR. GARLIC POWDER AND SPICES to bring out the essence of the taste. No one on earth fry catfish with JUST cornmeal….:. . The cat fish was soggy inside and some was fried to hard. No seasoning. The fried oysters were FRIED WAY TO HARD AGAIN WITH CORNMEAL BATTER ONLY. ABSOLUTELY not. . I’m really disappointed because it’s 2025. As a business owner you have to be able to take critical criticism. I will not be back. My professional advice. Close down for a month and hire a true chef to come in and revamp your frying techniques and spices. Thank me later.

They use a touch-screen order system, you don't have to wait for help. The foods was great and the portions were just right. The wait may be longer than some might like but that just means you haven't had to cook much, it takes time. You could probably eat there but it would be kind of tight. I didn't talk to the staff a lot but they seemed friendly enough.

Chicken tenders are the best I ever had, fried shrimp is top tier, fried catfish is a solid 9/10. Onion rings are delicious and fries order them well done. I recommend eating there while it’s still hot and fresh. This my favorite fried seafood spot so far.

Had the sole with fries and macaroni salad with a lemonade to drink. The sole filets were so thin that the pieces were mostly breading and as a result felt really dry and not very “seafoody”. The macaroni salad was meh, the lemonade was way too sugary, and the tartar sauce had an unpleasant sweetness. The fries were the best part and they were honestly just average, probably Sysco fries. It wasn’t actively disgusting, but it was disappointing.

I enjoyed my meal of fried Snapper and Oysters with fries. The food was NOT over saturated and drenched with oil. It was crispy hot and delicious. A very good batter was used. Everything was perfect. Would love to return.

I only have one question. Fat fish where have you been all my life I find out just two weeks ago that you’ve been there for a long time. I never knew that. Fish and shrimp combo. It’s it’s it’s small but it’s enough for one person I had fries with it you could get the shrimp fried spicy and it’s really good. I ordered My Son a chicken strips meal. He said it was very good. All I can say is that the fish and a shrimp I had more than satisfied me. I am a catfish lady. I tell you and I was very happy. They close kinda early I think 7 PM but if you’re in the neighborhood go try them. It’s really good. They have a lot of things on the menu for everyone.

The catfish was HORRIBLE it was so bland and mushy I did not like it! The only good thing about this meal was the French fries! Fat fish means: STAY OUT AT ALL TIMES!!!
