I love this place so much, it's great to play board games (they have 700+ games) or just to hang out and study. Open pretty late at night as opposed to other cafes. I appreciate the sustainable approach with reusable cups and such. The staff are also very nice and welcoming. There are also many events that they have weekly.
I’m not a gamer but this seems like the spot if you are. This seems like a great site of community building in the area. Love that they have beer and food here. It’s not cheap, but nothing in Berkeley is and I am glad to support a local business.
One of the employees was playing some like screamo stuff one time when I came in. I like employees being on aux, but tbh I was really wishing I had noise canceling headphones in that moment.
