Hi, I want to report a horrible interaction with the employee of yogurt park on Wednesday November 12 at around 9pm. Can management please reach out to me on this. This was my first time going to yogurt park in 2 years and workers allegedly katie, and Sophie (they probably lied about their names) were the worst

It was my very first worst yogurt I have ever tried in my entire life. Sorry to say that but test bcoz of the crowd this guys have, me n my friend decided to try yours from yogurt land , we stand in a long queue and finally tried but it didn’t match my expectation t looks mount watery when I hold it on my hand but when I finally tried it taste more then like a vanilla flavor icecream .even icecream taste much better then that .They run their business since this long but felt like they r selling icecream in the name of yogurt.It was unexpected for me or i m confused that I didn’t have real taste of yogurt in my life !

I’ve encountered the rudest worker ever. she slammed the window in customers faces at 11:27 pm. Understandably it’s almost closing, but there was only 2 people in line &’ there was TWO WORKERS. she slammed it then yelled “WE’RE CLOSED” — slammed it so loud other previous customers said “woah”. I’ve had to deal with her attitude before — October 25, 2025 &’ it was a young girl with wavy hair &’ a boy with dark curly hair. His face seemed shocked as she slammed it as well. Before I’ve gone &’ she was talking non stop to another worker — totally fine — but my friend &’ I were waiting at the window for at least 3 minutes &’ then we had to finally interrupt &’ she smacked her teeth &’ said in the nastiest tone “what can i get you”. I get it you work in a college town but nonetheless you’re still at your job. Customer service is a lost art & this chick proves it.

I really appreciated them having a sugar-free option! I like how they put toppings in the middle. How good it is probably depends on which toppings you get. Considering that it was sugar-free and fat-free, it was not bad. Even the non-sugar-free versions were not bad either. However, I don’t think the line was worth it lol especially on the weekends. Took like 30 minutes of standing and people were definitely joining groups in front of us and cutting in line that way

Great treat for adults and children alike. Taste great classic flavors and way more affordable than ice cream parlor! Non dairy options available as well 😊

I always walk past here and finally decided to give this local froyo place a try! It’s been in Berkeley for a long time and there’s always a line. It is definitely more ice cream than froyo but I love that they fill the cup to the top and the toppings are really good. Someone behind me literally ordered just a cup of cookie dough so it’s a must try. Overall, it’s good if you have time to line up!

Very busy yogurt shop with good flavors. It was about a 30 minute wait, but it's worth it if you have time. You can mix flavors!
This place is a must for fro yo. Always has one sugar free flavor that's incredible. Add toppings for a little more (they actually put some right in they middle). 6 flavors to choose from that change frequently. Even the small size is plenty. Wife and I share a large and have tough time finishing it. But we always do. So good. I've never seen the lobby open. Always have to do to go window. I'm ok with that. Usually about 10 people in line, but it goes pretty quick. Of course on those hot days it can get up to a 20 minute wait. Worth it. Staff has always been very friendly and quick.
