Carne pizza is highly recommended! Zachery’s special was ok. We ordered thin pizza and Happened to add anchovies, whole pizza became so so salty that we could barely eat. So be careful with toppings. But we finished the entire carne, it was so so good.
If I had gotten a pizza, this might have been a four-star review. But I got a salad, and it was about as ordinary as it could possibly be. A pile of lettuce with some crumpled cheese in a few shredded vegetables. In two little shot glasses full of salad dressing that I'm assuming came right out of a bottle. Service was good, and the experience was nice. I realize Zachary is known for their Chicago style deep dish pizza, but they've got to be able to hold their own with...
Probably will never eat this again because it's too heavy and a heart clogger. I had the traditional cheese pizza. It was good. They should have chilli oil. Hot sauces compromise the pizzas taste.
