“One of my go-to spots for acai bowls and smoothies. The Angry Trainer bowl is one of my favorite acai bowls - it has inchi protein powder which gives it a slightly nutty flavor, a generous amount of blueberries and bananas, sweet, homemade granola, and a drizzling of honey on top. I get the large size for a filling lunch. I really like the granola, and I think the acai is well-blended and smooth.The “avo here” avocado smoothie is creamy and quite filling. I’ve also had the “capo” chocolate which had little cacao crunchies in the smoothie. It also has protein powder so there’s a slight chalky aftertaste, but it’s still good. They do have food, as they work with Roni’s Diner (right next door). The roasted vegetable bowl is quite filling and very healthy - it comes with an Italian balsamic vinaigrette, but I like putting tapatio on it to give it some extra zing. The chicken tinga bowl is also super filling, and they give a pretty generous portion of the shredded chicken.It’s a small space, and it’s best to just grab it to-go. It’s also available on grub hub/seamless. Street parking is available, there’s no free WiFi, and they do take credit cards. Overall it’s a bit pricey, but I enjoy the quality and heft of the acai bowls.“

I went to this other place to try açaí bowls thinking it was going to taste like the blue majik in roots and rye but it was so badddd. So hands down the best blue majik. “Honestly, I don’t remember the last time I was in a place with such great service. I spoke with who I believe is the owner, and he gave me a brief history of the place ( since the 80s). He made sure to ask, before I brought it up, if I was ok with the ingredients and proceed to list them. He offered fries and soda to which I declined, but he must’ve confused my hesitation ( I don’t really like fries nor sodas) because he gave me free fries and a free drink when he brought the plate to my table.

He is extremely kind. I saw how he went to check in on the other table and carried conversations with each person- sharing laughs too. As soon as he saw someone getting up, he made sure to stop anyone who wanted to clean their own table, making sure they can leave without worrying about the table and cleaning up after them.

I would come here again just for the service. The food is great too, but the service stood out the most to me.“

“When I arrived at LAX late at night, I was disappointed to find that all the food options were closed. Hungry and unsure of what to get, I stumbled upon a Farmer’s Fridge vending machine and decided to give it a try. I chose the chicken Caesar salad, not expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, the flavors were well-balanced, and it tasted far better than I anticipated. It was a convenient and satisfying option, and I’d definitely grab one again in a pinch!“

The girl who greeted me offered to take my order or let me use the screen—she was very friendly and helpful. When I had trouble with my card, the guy working jumped in right away. He was energetic, kind, and patient—no frustration at all, just eager to help, which I really appreciated.

The store design was beautiful too.

Later, I realized I didn’t get the juice I had ordered. I’d already walked home but noticed I’d been charged, so I went back. The same staff member immediately remembered me, looked up my order by name, apologized, and told me to grab a juice from the fridge. Problem solved in seconds.

“I love Sweetgreen! Someone at my office had ordered catering/delivery and offered me a salad. I tried the kale caesar with chicken and loved it! I went back to the Culver City location and also tried the Santa Monica (4th street location) and they were both great! I usually ask for extra dressing, since it does come with a lot of lettuce. It is very filling and definitely has enough lettuce for two salads. At the Santa Monica location, I went on my lunch and one of the employees was super helpful! She helped me retrieve my order quickly and easily, since I was slightly pressed for time. Would definitely recommend Sweetgreen!“

Today I had the pleasure of my food being prepared by Tori and from the moment she greeted me I could tell she has a huge focus on customer service. Not because she "has to" but because she has a nack for people. I went to this location today to try the Matcha coconut drink and it was amazing. I'm a coconut girlie so i really enjoyed it but I can see how someone who doesn't like coconut may think its coconut overkill. It's a little more coconut than Matcha, imo.
