The most delicious, tasteful sushi! The experience, the service, everything was incredible. The chef explained every plate he served. Where the fish came from.Great vibe and is super casual. I can't wait to go back.
Chef Hilo is back at it again! My second Omakase experience with him. I'm still speechless. Also with everything I've been reading regarding sushi and parasites, I recently learned something new. Chef Hilo only prepares and serves Wild Fish. Many sushi restaurants serve farm raised fish, which can carry the parasites everyone is writing about. I'll be back soon!

Was going with my sister to her appointment at a near by office. She was hungry and wanted something light to eat, so sushi seemed like the perfect choice. Being our first time, we didn’t know there were no menus and it was the chef’s selection.
