This was such a classy way to spend an afternoon in our city that we love so much. Thank you for such wonderful high tea, high treats and for the harp playing and early birthday love!

Always impeccable and welcoming service from beginning to end. Thank you to everyone involved the day we visited (1/25/26 4pm tea time) for creating a happy, delicious and memorable experience.

I had an amazing experience. Everyone was attentive and diligent. The ambience was superb (not to mention the harpist was a great touch). No notes

A fantastic afternoon celebrating the amazing Terrie Snell's birthday. You all might know her from " HOME ALONE ", as Aunt Leslie. From the moment you walk into the Peninsula, it's like stepping into an enchanted wonderland. The afternoon tea is the best in town. Thank you for making this a special celebration.

Our afternoon tea experience at The Peninsula Beverly Hills was truly special. Seeing my mom and our friend so happy during their first visit warmed my heart. From the elegant tea service to the friendly staff and a surprise belated birthday celebration, every moment was filled with joy, love and unforgettable memories

Overall, we had a nice time. The setting was beautiful with the harp player, and the food and staff were excellent. The surprising part was that no one removed or replaced the tea leaves or bags once they finished brewing, or at any point during the meal. The tea ended up tasting bitter, which feels unusual for a place that specializes in tea. I was also surprised that the menu did not include descriptions for the teas, such as type, origin, or tasting notes.

The tea experience is always incredible! The attention to detail is stellar and the service is wonderful. We will continue to come back for our special occasions.

Very nice tea experience. Service was top notch . The caviar add ons, live music, and champagne selection were nice as well.

Servers Ricardo and Lizlee (forgive me if spelling is wrong) were amazing. Birthday tea for my sister was a success. Noise level was good at first, not that many people there. As more people came it started getting loud. Avoid weekends and peak hours if you want a more quiet environment!

We were very excited to attend afternoon tea at the peninsula. Hostess was welcoming and the musician was a great touch. However, given it was such a small space the noise level was quite high with the capacity allowed. If you have a large group it's perfect, but we were a table of two at a very small table with standard chairs that was crammed right behind a large group and the waiters walkway so it was difficult to have a conversation or move around freely. The table was so small it could barely fit the curate stand and a beverage, yet it was also not a traditional low seated table so the stand obstructed our view of each other. Despite the exceptional service, it fell extremely short for the formal afternoon tea experience we were hoping for.

It was wonderful in every way- the staff are attentive and gracious. The food was beautiful and pink in support of breast cancer, and also very tasty. The experience is elegant and special- very impressive.

Five star experience all the way. From the moment we arrived with efficient valet service to being seated at a gorgeous table, to the time we left a good couple of hours later, it was an unforgettable celebration! We went for the afternoon Traditional Tea. First offering was a glass of Champagne and fresh strawberries and cream, followed by a selection of fine teas. I loved the Black Rose while others ordered the Darjeeling tea and Caramel Pear. A delectable presentation of warm scones, pastries, finger sandwiches and assortment of condiments made for a truly delightful afternoon tea. The blush pink rose and fine porcelain tea set created a feeling of elegance. The pink theme was a nod to support breast cancer. Last but not least, I have to compliment Eric and Carlos for their courteous and caring service. Their brilliant smiles and professionalism was the icing on the cake. And speaking of cake, I was pleasantly surprise by a work of art of white and gold chocolate “hat” cover over a delicious birthday cake. Thrilled to have been thoroughly spoiled at The Living Room and grateful to my kids for the fine experience!
