Fast friendly and delicious! Got the simple BLT and WOW! The bacon was PERFECT! Thick cut bacon cooked not to little not too crisp and the bread was perfect!!!

After hiking, we were specifically looking for somewhere to eat that allowed dogs. Not only is BLT’s welcoming of dogs but they have a lil dog food menu! The staff quickly brought out a large ice water bowl for our dog too. We ordered the cowboy burger and south of the border burger. Both were excellent and filling. Our boy got ground hamburger and was verrry happy! Next time we’re in Big Bear we will absolutely come back!

It took us a couple of minutes to figure out how this place operates, but it eventually made sense. Bottled drinks are visible in refrigerated cases, you take what you want, go to the counter to order, and pay for it all then. Fountain drinks are also available. Signs told us what to do, but they are not always easily readable (i.e., they are hand-written). The woman who took our order was helpful, but she seemed distracted. We were there on a Monday, and I think the weekend had been quite busy, so the staff was trying to figure out what needed ordering: been there, done that in my past. The food was very good, and not over-priced, in our humble opinions, whatever others have written before us. We've paid more for smaller portions that were not as good. I had the Teriyaki burger; my wife had the BLT: we can recommend both. We did not have to wait an unreasonable amount of time. The patio was open and sunny, but inside seating was available: we just chose not to sit inside. My only quibble is the sound system was a bit too loud.

This place has changed over the years but it's still decent. We try to make a stop every single time we go to pineknot. This is probably one of the few places that allows you to have your dog with you in their outdoor patio as long as your dog behaves and isn't barking at the other customers. Food is pricey but portions are big!

Don't judge by outward appearance! I was blown away by the high quality of the food. They had everything our picky family wanted from the very healthy lettuce wrap to the not so healthy but super delicious hamburger. Highly recommend!

Great place. They were so cool about making sure half had no mayo.. Only suggestion I have is if you like your bacon soft say so and if you like it crunchy then say so. Same with your bread toasted. They can't read your mind . Very friendly and very accommodating. So don't be afraid to say how you like it. Will be back..also Best prices for a beer with lunch...See u again soon

I’m sure this place is very good based on all the reviews. But when yer restaurants called BLT’s and you deep fry your bacon(at least mine was) I can’t give a very great review of my personal experience. Next time I’ll try something else. And I will go back, because the reviews are so good. Just bad luck this go round.

This is the spot! Garret is really friendly and he really put in love into this place, Gina on the grill is on her A game, just an overall great experience. Support small businesses and give this spot a try! They even have a wall dedicated for veterans. Bring a picture of your hero and Garrett will slap it on the wall. Respect!

BLT’s is way more than this sandwich! Delicious hot and fresh sandwiches! The restaurant is charming, clean and even has a fireplace. They have a wonderful tribute to, Hero’s on the wall. And the owner is also a Hero because he was an educator. Skip waiting on Main Street and head over to BLT’s!

Really a great lunch place. The servings are big, the pastrami is really excellent and I love the hand battered onion rings. I also love the monster chef salad. Something for everyone. The interior is being upgraded with a new customer friendly order counter. Service is fast and friendly. Nice patio if you prefer dining al fresco. This is a favorite go-to place for BBMR employees. Check it out.
