We came up to Big Bear for possibly the last good ski weekend. Saw Jakob’s high ratings, but few reviews. Well, I can confirm our breakfast was delicious. I had country-fried steak, and my daughter had eggs benedict. Both were super yummy!
Incredible. Absolutely incredible. My boyfriend and I stopped by here for dinner on our last day of our vacation and we were not disappointed. He had the linguini with clams and mussels and I had the lasagna. We also split the appetizer sampler and everything was absolutely delicious. The vibe of the place was so cozy, we felt at home. There was only one server but she was very attentive and sweet. We will definitely be back!

Wow! Such a wonderful addition to Big Bear! The food is absolutely delicious! We had the Sea Bass and the Chicken Jakobes, prime rib vegetable soup, crème brûlée and lemon cake. Such a nice experience. This old building has been very nicely remodeled. I loved the cozy atmosphere. I never leave Yelp Reviews but just had to for this outstanding restaurant. Very kind waitress, also. Thank you, Yesenia! Highly recommend.
