How are you going to charge for ranch when I ordered 1 LG meal, Jalapeño popers, and a double carl? Not like I only spent 10$ Also this place uses AI to take orders so make sure you speak super clear.

When i got a sprite it was like expired water and it taste so horrible i almost threw up and im drinking a diet coke right now and it still takes like water

Out of all my years coming to Big Bear, this was the first time we stopped at Carl’s Jr., and I’m so glad we did. The whole place felt welcoming, especially thanks to Glendy and Cristiana H. They greeted us warmly and offered amazing customer service from start to finish. Truly appreciated!

My wife and I lunched 3x kids here. Was very clearly a popular spot for families in the Big Bear area. …The staff was very nice and accommodating. - This is the first fast food joint (other than Chic Fil-A) I’ve been to in years that didn’t charge for a BBQ sauce!!! …It’s a small accommodation, but stands out to me. Would bring my family back.
The service was bad and the food quality was unexceptional. The AI chat bot taking my order did not make me feel good. It made me feel unappreciated. Im paying 100% of the money, in return I want 100% human grade customer service.
