Out of all my years coming to Big Bear, this was the first time we stopped at Carl’s Jr., and I’m so glad we did. The whole place felt welcoming, especially thanks to Glendy and Cristiana H. They greeted us warmly and offered amazing customer service from start to finish. Truly appreciated!
My wife and I lunched 3x kids here. Was very clearly a popular spot for families in the Big Bear area. …The staff was very nice and accommodating. - This is the first fast food joint (other than Chic Fil-A) I’ve been to in years that didn’t charge for a BBQ sauce!!! …It’s a small accommodation, but stands out to me. Would bring my family back.
It was very clean inside, even the bathroom. I was impressed by their customer service. I haven't come around good customer service in a fast food place in a while. It was really refreshing. Just downloaded the app, will return for sure.
