Lumberjack Cafe is a family owned cafe in Big Bear. It is a true gem where you can get homemade food away from home. Everything is fresh and tasty. The owners are friendly and service is amazing. This is my second time here and will definite be back again. Thank you for the wonderful breakfast.
This family-owned café was a pleasant surprise to have lunch today. There are several small dining areas inside and plenty of seating available outside the restaurant. This is by no means fancy dining, but the home-style family atmosphere more than makes up it. This is a charming little café with a wonderful staff that were very attentive and the food was very good. The side salad was freshly made and more than ample in size and we really liked the bacon cheeseburger. ...
Had a nice variety on their menu! Many options! Dog friendly on the patio! Ordered a mimosa, but it was basically orange juice in a wine glass. My husband enjoyed his Lumberjack meal. I ordered a "crab omelet", but maybe I missed it on the menu that it was imitation crab, which was a disappointment. Good flavor, but not a fan of imitation crab, wish it was clearly stated that this was the case.
