This place is so cute and the pies are just phenomenal. What really does it as their crust- I’m not even a big crust person or even a big pie person normally but their crust is incredible.
Be aware that the line starts around 9:45 on weekends. I was the fourth party in line and one of the slices that I wanted was already sold out. Best pecan pie of my life. I’ve had about 12 different pies from here from multiple visits and they’ve all been fantastic. And the French onion soup pie (not sure of the official name) was unique and beautiful.
Nice pies, the only problem is it’s almost impossible to know beforehand if you will drive for nothing lol
Line is always long with no update, and there is no definite business hours so sometimes the line is long and once you spent an hour outside, you finally come in and they have nothing left or you drive and you find the store closed.
If you are near, try it because the pies are good but don’t count on it so you are not disappointed.

Pickle's Pie Shop is a must-visit destination for pie lovers. The shop offers a variety of pies with unique and amazingly delicious flavor combinations, ensuring a delightful taste experience. Although they may run out of certain varieties later in the day, the pecan pie is a standout option with its buttery and flaky crust. The traditional pot pie is wonderfully flavorful with a flaky crust, and the cherry, Dutch apple, blueberry, and pistachio pies are also favorites. The Mixed Berry Pie is really good, and the Dutch Apple comes highly recommended. The shop's charming exterior might give a "touristy" impression, but the delicious pies make it well worth a visit, even for repeat customers. Just make sure to show up early to avoid long lines and limited availability, as orders are currently to-go only due to limited staff.
