Every time we're in the area, we have to stop in and get some pie. There is limited parking spots in the lot and the exterior of the building is cute and whimsical. It's hard to miss. There is no indoor seating and it's pick up only. You can call and pre-order but you'd still have to wait in line to pay and pick up your order. We've been here a handful of times already. Last year in October, we arrived literally 5 minutes after they opened and by the time I got to the front of the line 20 minutes later, they were almost sold out of everything. I ended up with a whole Dutch apple pie and a slice of caramel pumpkin pie. The Dutch apple pie was soooo good.We were here yesterday and this time we arrived 20 minutes before they opened at 10:30am. There was already a line forming outside. I got a whole Mixed Berry Pie ($38) and two chicken pie pies ($18/each). The thing about the pies here is that you can taste all the ingredients from the buttery crust to fresh fruit. This was our first time trying their pot pies. They are frozen and you have to cook them yourself. Unfortunately mine didn't come with baking instructions but glad someone posted it on Yelp. Set oven to 375 and cook for 90 minutes (sometimes longer depending on your oven). I rotated the pot pies halfway through and at the end needed and extra 5 minutes to get up to internal temp. Wow they were so flavorful and super flaky crust my husband was definitely a fan.

Restaurant in the village recommend driving across town for this pie. The waiter warned me the "the employees are asshóles, but the pies are amazing".Drove across town and purchased 2 pies. The employee was nice & the pies were great.Price seams reasonable for quality products.

Pickle’s has the best chicken pot pie I’ve ever had. They also have the best sweet pies I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried soooo many different places in LA, and elsewhere. Their crusts are so flakey and delicious.Pickle’s has to be my favorite spot in Big Bear. They’ve got a great atmosphere and the place is run by Pickles (the baker) and her husband Mr. Pickles. We do, however, miss seeing Amber’s friendly face and hearing her favorite pie recommendations!My favorite sweet pies are Dutch Apple, Chocolate Checkmate Pie, Nutella Chocolate Cookie Crumble Cream Pie, and Mixed Berry!

Incredible! I would not pass the opportunity to go to this amazing pie shop. Me and my husband have been coming to big Bear once a year and have been waiting for this place to open! Finally got to try it and it did not let me down!!!! Not only is the service impeccable, they were so helpful and patient with my indecisiveness, but also the pie was to die for! I’ve never had a crust so flakey and delicious. Thank you so much for all the love you put in your pies!

As someone who enjoys a lot of baking and is somewhat of a food snob, I can honestly say that these were the best pies I have ever tasted! I was astonished, and am coming back tomorrow to get more. This is a must stop if you are visiting Big Bear <3I didn't get a chance to try their savory pies, but their sweet pies were absolutely delicious!!!! The pumpkin caramel pie was especially good!

A lovely little shop with a cute theme and delicious pies! I had so much fun looking at all the decorations on the walls. We arrived around 30 min before opening and there was already a line forming. I think I waited about an hour total. They do take a while to get your pie slices out but it's well worth the wait. The dutch apple was my favorite, and their whipped cream was delectable too.
I almost want to say something rude so I can have a good laugh over the business reply! Maybe next time folks with issues should try some humble pie. No really, it's amazing. My super picky son loved the chocolate checkmate. The lemon brûlée is perfectly tart and sweet. I can't wait to try the rest!

The place does not have tables or chairs, it is all for to-go and pick-up orders. We got the pork dinner pie, with green beans. It had a thicker, chunky consistency and flavorful. We also ordered the dutch apple and chocolate pies. The dutch apple pie was delicious and my favorite. The crumble top had the right amount of sweetness. The chocolate pie was great as well and had a good balance of filling and flaky crust. The pies come with instructions to heat and eat. Good spot to get savory and sweet pies in Big Bear area. You can follow their social media to see what they will have for sale. They also offer some coffee and tea options.

I am not a huge fan of pies but these pies were delicious! ? Very well balanced, not too sweet & soft. I advice to go early because they close after they sell out. We were there the first hour they opened and a couple flavors were already gone. Definitely recommend!
