So I’ve been going since new management took over. ( the last owner kept hiring really strange individuals and the place was always disgusting). I’ve been happy with my food for the most part. Buttttt, the last 2 times I’ve gone, the ice machine spits out mold with its ice. I haven’t gone back since the last time. I feel like, if there is mold in the ICE how clean are the topping containers? And it’s usually really hot in there. Hours are inconsistent and seem to cater to the tourist.

I don’t normally complain, but today I felt I had to. Has anyone been to Subway recently? I made a recent visit and the sandwich was the worst that I have had. Their quality has really gone down hill. It is a shame because their sandwiches used to be really good.

They’re supposed to open at 8am, with online orders opening at 8:30am. We have 10 people going on a boat at 10am and I’m trying to place the order - can’t place it in the app and no one picks up the phone even after 9am. This is totally screwing up my mom’s 83rd birthday.

I don't know how this place stays open when no matter what time I come for a sandwich the worker locks the door and hides in the back. Today it happened at 5pm when online it says they close at 8pm. Last time it was at 2pm this happened. I will not be trying to eat here anymore.

They are constantly out of some thing. Every time I walk in there. They were out of the new foot-long cookies, the churros, and the pretzels. These are new items the should be well stocked on them. No surprise they were out of meatballs, which seems to be the normal for this location. I can’t even remember what else he said they didn’t have. They are constantly out of something every time I walk in there. They absolutly will not honor any of subways online deals even if the subway app does not work.

App wasn't letting us add items to our cart. So, we went inside and they wouldn't honor our order (specials). So, we were going to buy something anyway. Only for them to be out of some of the stuff we wanted. No mgr. to speak to. We just left. Don't recommend this particular Subway, sorry. Big FAT 0 from us.

Poor hygiene, tables dirty, EXTREMELY understocked. I'm not exaggerating at all when I say they had only three kinds of veggies, 2 different meats, and one bread type. And that was mid work week, at NOON.

OH BROTHERRRE!!!! The stench of some of the people in here!!! Do you not know how to shower?? Ring… Ring… “uhm hello?” 7 Eleven called and need you back. They don’t know what 6 inches looks like so they obviously dont know how to cut them 6 inches. Sadly when i get handed something thats 4 inches it brings me back to my 2nd grade days working the urinal holding my own (ifykyk). They obviously not packing! They also use there grubby hands to make my food. I should’ve hopped back there and showed them how. Sadly I will have my wife make my sandwiches as she is more trusted and won’t scam me for my money.?
Man this place reeks of those dirty Indians and they decided to close early cause those lazy dirty red dot people they needa learn how to have some respect I really will pull up on yovani and pull that little red dot off her dirty stinky forehead I also asked for a hot sub on the app but they made it a cold sub like really bruh I ain’t want no cold sub y’all weird on da set bruh this place is nasty with they dirty stench

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT This Subway!!! I tried to be very respectable and patient, end up leaving and NOT get anything by her attitudes !!

I ordered using the app and it said my food would be ready at 2:30 and when I got there it was closed.... Even though the hours say they are open till 8, the employee who was leaving said they close at 2pm.
