The service inside is always awesome, service in the drive through (by a person) is great as well, the AI thing is... Nah. Always awesome at this Carl's, and the ladies that work the front counters are always a pleasure to chat with.
One worker named Omar was the only one who was working hard and making sure we got our food. There were two people working with him and they were just in the back laughing doing nothing while there were so many customers. Thank you Omar for working hard!!!!
This place is so big and really clean for its size. I like how fast we get our food everytime we come for away games and how nice the staff is. I will definitely be coming back.
