About a quarter block down is the pink Don Chuy food truck on the right. They’re only open Wednesday and Thursday during summer from about 4:30-9pm and serve up a variety of tasty home cooked dishes. There are a couple of tables beneath big cottonwood trees to enjoy a meal.

Moved up from San Diego, and this taco spot did not disappoint. Best tacos in the east side. Great stop after being out and about hiking/fishing/skiing/climbing. They have a fire pit, food, outdoor seating, and green grass to lay on. It's a vibe. ??
