Always abounding with all bakery items! We bought the Schats Rye bread loaf, sliced and the Blueberry Pound Cake. Sooo delicious. Very flavorful better than any grocery store! Store is set up so patrons can scan racks and racks of packages bakery items for sale Very user friendly and plenty of staff to help.
A super fun stop with lots of great bites. The pastrami sandwich was the highlight for me! Flavorful and big enough to share! The layout of the store is a bit cramped and chaotic, but it’s a great stop nonetheless.
This is a bakery I heavily recommend to anyone passing by it or live in that area. Absolutely stacked with all sorts of bakery products as well as drinks, candies and other food options. The heavy traffic of customers daily definitely speaks for itself. I'm only able to visit this place if I'm passing by it since I live very far away from it, but Eric Schat's Bakery is a must visit for anyone passing by Bishop.
