Feel like this is a hidden gem for locals, there’s another bakery that’s always packed that’s eh, this place it’s always sooo good. I always get a loaf of sourdough the turkey salad sando and an Arnold palmer. Cookies are always good.

Stopped here on our way south for a bagel and coffee. The onion bagel was warm and toasted with a generous schmear of cream cheese. We have also had their breads which are delicious!

For decades we always stopped at Schats Bakery on our yearly trip but decided to try something new to us, glad we did! Bread on our sandwich was delicious as was the roast beef. Chocolate chip cookie was just good but almond danish was out of this world!
