Stopped here on our way home from Mammoth and it was such a good way to end the trip with a warm bowl of pho. My friends and I went several minutes of not talking and just eating because it was that good!!! Service was quick and food was absolutely delicious. We split the shrimp spring rolls and they were so good as well :) My boyfriend got the banh mi and bread was cooked perfectly. There's also tables with plenty of space to eat on. From someone who comes from a Viet household and haven't found many solid places near me, I definitely recommend stopping here ;)))

Helena's was AMAZING! We were so surprised to stumble across this gem! All of the food at Helena's was fresh, authentic Vietnamese food that really hit the spot and really did feel like home cooking. She cooks everything made to order from her truck which was amazing. She was also the sweetest woman and was so nice to get to chat with her. We will definitely be back next time we're in town!

I found this place on the drive back from Mono Lake and saw the PHO yellow flag. We got the wonton and seafood noodle soup and it was very good. We had a very nice chat with the chef and she was very friendly. Good food, friendly service, good price, can’t ask for more. We certainly come back next time we pass thru Bishop again.

Helena is such a sweet lady with a beautiful smile ! Her food will warm your heart and soul. She makes delicious food just like mom used to make (if your mom happened to be Vietnamese),everything on the menu is amazing. Can't go wrong with anything you decide to order ! Big portions and always hot ! Made to order. Hot pho is perfect for those chilly eastern Sierra December nights ! Skip the Mexican food and head to the Red food truck/cart for some delectable Vietnamese food that's guaranteed to please your pallet.

When the order is correct and the garnish is included this place is prime. Very tasty beef phó and great shrimp spring rolls. The chicken I got by there mistake,(I ordered beef) was kind of bland had to douse it siracha. Otherwise it's very tasty and it's good to have this food truck in The Valley.
Great little food truck set up with a few others. Pho and summer rolls tasted great, broth was perfect as well as the noodles. No covered seating but the to-go containers kept everything fresh until we got to our place in mammoth. Portions are a little small.

It's now open 3-8pm every day except Wednesday (sometimes opens earlier or later)! It's located in a parking lot next to another taco food truck. It's across the street from O'Reilly's Auto Parts and near the Chevron. Theres some outdoor tables you can stop at to enjoy your pho. This place is great option for food! I got the spring rolls, which were delicious.
