I found this place on the drive back from Mono Lake and saw the PHO yellow flag. We got the wonton and seafood noodle soup and it was very good. We had a very nice chat with the chef and she was very friendly. Good food, friendly service, good price, can’t ask for more. We certainly come back next time we pass thru Bishop again.
Helena is such a sweet lady with a beautiful smile ! Her food will warm your heart and soul. She makes delicious food just like mom used to make (if your mom happened to be Vietnamese),everything on the menu is amazing. Can't go wrong with anything you decide to order !
