I politely confronted a delivery driver regarding his rate of speed today driving through our park “my property as he was delivering to one of my tenants. The driver also parked in a common area between two of our units which is a walk way not a drive way. When I asked him to slow down while driving on privet property and to please park in the designated parking area he just grinned and replied “Yeah I Heard You Ok” I replied do you understand this? Which he replied “ Yeah Whatever” and got in his car and proceeded to drive off. I called the local office and some kid answered who didn’t take it seriously at first. I asked him who the manager was and he said “ I Guess Me”. I explained to him that I need to talk to the Owner “He replied he didn’t know the owner. So I told him no problem I’ll find out. He then all of a sudden remembered who the owner was and the the owner was at the mammoth lakes location. I called the mammoth location and spoke to two employees including the manager regarding the delivery drivers actions and the Bishop managements lack of professionalism. I warned that if this happens again or if their drivers continue to drive recklessly on my property I will have Dominoes Bishop Trespassed Permanently from my property. Below is the review I left on Google regarding our Bishop Domino’s experience ten months ago explaining another incident. The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever expected. I walked into the location to grab my pizza that I ordered over the phone and a employee was cussing and using vulgar language about another employee. He turned and looked at me mask less and said what!!!! I’m F$&@ing pissed l off ok!!!! I then handed my money to the cashier to pay for my pizza and he said we don’t except one hundred dollar bills. He then pointed to a sign on the counter and said it says it right here with a condescending tone. The other employees began to laugh when the cashier told me to get change and come back. I left and proceeded to my car. As I was leaving the cashier taped the sign that stated they don’t accept one hundred dollar bills to the window of the store front. He then pointed to me as I was driving away and at the sign as to somehow validate his previous comments. I will never give dominos my business ever again. I’m usually pretty easy going but this was absolutely the worst.
