A friend of mine told me about this place because they have live music on Friday and incredible fajitas. It did not disappoint. The service was fantastic. The Ultimate Cadillac was delicious! The fajitas were perfectly cooked and so flavorful. I don’t know how this does not have 5 stars. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if in Bishop. Will definitely be back.
I love Astorga’s! Best Mexican spot in Bishop. The fajitas & guacamole are amazing and they have SO many different margarita options. Will come back every time I’m in town!!

The salsa is made in house and was excellent. I Tried the Mexican hot wings, and they were fantastic. The sauce is made in house and has a nice kick to it, get the sauce on the side so it isn't too spicy. Chicken enchiladas were good too.
