Helena was so sweet and very kind. The food was exceptional. We got the vegetarian spring rolls, vegetarian noodle soup and the BBQ pork with rice noodles. The sauce with the spring rolls was amazing. The broth and noodles in the pho were so flavorful. The BBQ pork dish was insanely flavorful too. Would go again.
Everything about this food truck was great! The owner is so sweet and happy to chat with us while keeping up with multiple orders. We did not have to wait too long. The egg rolls (fillings were full of flavor), beef noodle soup (soup was flavorful, not too heavy or too salty, just perfect) and bbq sandwich (Banh mi, the roasted pork was delicious and very tender, bread was very fresh) were outstanding!
