Came from LA to do the Little Lakes Valley hike and I was so happy to have found this place. All of their jams are local and delicious - we tried peach jam on a cheese danish. The coffee does take a while but it was worth every minute. Will definitely be coming back!

Great coffee and pastries in a lovely indoor/outdoor space, and the absolute friendliest owners. Will definitely be back next time we’re up from LA!

This pop-up cafe at a local coffee roaster in Bishop is only open on Sunday's, 8-12. It's an artisan underground spot that's been growing from word of mouth. Very different from the regular coffee house trend and not your classic espresso/Italian drinks. Brewing strong dark coffees, medium dark or European style as the noted on their coffee bags they list Mexican and Nordic coffee specialty drinks on a short list of hot drinks. The pour overs are prized, iced coffee and a seasonal cold brew, plus a small food menu of baked turnovers/empanada's. Pushing the mostly organic whole food thing, seasonal local fruits are featured as well as local eggs. Veggie and vegan, gf options. The fruit pastries were my fav., blueberry cardamon danish was really good as well as the raspberry lemon curd danish. Loved the cafe con leche. Got here just as this place got busy so if you're not in a hurry and like an off the beaten path cafe here's a coffee roaster worth supporting. Two big pluses: Located across the street from Great Basin bakery for bagel and lox's and is a certified green business. Will stop by again next time we're in Bishop.

Delicious pour overs from beans they roast themselves. The owner was extremely friendly and happy to talk me through their choices. They also sell great looking empanadas.

I saw that the shop is only open on Sundays, so I stopped in to get some local beans, and explained my slightly unusual need for a 50/50 blend of decaf and regular beans. Not a product that they keep on hand, but Gunner(the owner, I believe) was willing to make me a custom blend and I walked out with a pound of beautiful looking and smelling beans. Looking forward to my morning coffee tomorrow—since I make it half-caf, I can enjoy three cups of coffee without the jitters that throw me off. Thanks Indy Coffee!

I seriously love coming here. The coffee is always on point and made with love, the space is IMMACULATE and welcoming, and the food selection is tasty... it's clear that Gunner has put care and affection into every aspect of this place, and the result is a warm, delicious, community-centered experience that makes me happy every time I go!

Best coffee I've had in a long time! I'm a decaf drinker and most decafs lack in taste, but not the Treasure Lakes! Excellent! And it's local! I don't have to drive 3 hours to LA to get my coffee anymore! Yay!
