My experience at the Jack in the Box drive-thru in Bishop, California was awesome. The drive-thru was easy to find and moved smoothly, which made the whole experience quick and convenient. Even with other cars in line, everything felt organized and calm, and it didn’t take long to place my order. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted really good. My order was correct, neatly packed, and ready fast. The burger was flavorful, the fries were crispy, and everything tasted exactly how you want drive-thru food to taste after a long day. The service really stood out. The employee who helped me, Humberto, was friendly, polite, and professional. He took my order clearly, was patient, and made sure everything was right before handing me my food. His positive attitude made the experience even better and showed great customer service. Overall, the Jack in the Box drive-thru in Bishop, California was a great experience. Between the fast service, good food, and friendly help from Humberto, it was an enjoyable stop. I would definitely come back again and recommend this location to others.

Although I only eat a few select items on your menu, they are delicious! Thank you and thank you very much for always having a friendly staff. I'm going back 15 years, even though personnel sometimes changes, this Jack in the Box always offers courteous service and with a smile. Each of them look you in the eye when they greet you and especially look you in the eye and smile as they hand you your order.... how nice to be treated that way, I imagine the management team is probably very nice and it trickles down through their employees. Thank you again!!

We went yesterday to buy a chicken teriyaki bowl, when I got my order I notice the food was half of what we normally get, I went back and talked to someone in there and he told that the company is cutting the size of the serving we got only four pieces of chicken, very little rice and vegetables.
I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger and received two eggs on a croissant. Took it back to the counter, got what I ordered. Then ordered a coffee, was handed a cup and told to help myself to coffee from a carafe. It was empty. UGH! I just left without my $4.00 coffee.

i always order my food online but when arrived my order was backed up even though it said complete. not sure if it was a busy night but my order shouldn’t be marked complete if it isn’t done. i shouldn’t have to wait too long for 4 tacos and 2 chicken sandwiches… lol
