Jack’s Restaurant & Bakery in Bishop is a great option for breakfast, although they also serve lunch and dinner as well. The place looks great and is very comfortable. Service was friendly and prompt, and the food was most excellent. I went with the Corned Beef Hash which was amazing and plentiful. She had the Blueberry Pancakes; just the right crisp outside and fluffy within (and was there really a plate under all that?) The coffee was perfect. Highly recommended.
Stop here for breakfast or lunch! You won’t be disappointed. The place was very full with people, some were certainly travellers (Bishop hs lots of hotels) and some seemed to be locals. Staff were friendly and they seemed happy to work there. The food was exceptional and delivered quickly. Coffee was hot and good. Real cream on the table - excellent choice!
