I got to try their food in Mammoth Lake, and I was surprised by how well executed their dishes were coming from a food truck in a mountain town. Typically, I wouldn't expect too much, but it surprised the technique required to make a moist burrito that wasn't wet and dripping. The fish tacos were fried perfectly where it was slightly crispy but soft on the inside without being chewy. Obsessed!! Love the rice bowls here and the friendly service. They can do a half plantains half tofu bowl that is perfect (cashier's recommendation). I am picky about tofu and this was excellent. I didn't really care for the lettuce in the bowl but it was easy to pick around. I went to the Mammoth location in the Footloose sports parking lot. Absolutely delicious. Would give 6 stars if I could. Got the chorizo breakfast burrito and the Tallerines Saltados and we inhaled them both. Good amount of spice on the burrito but their hot salsa took it to the next level. Very friendly service and quick preperation. Great mountain view from the outside tables as well. Wish we would have found this place before we were on our way out of town. We will be back next time we are in town.
