About a quarter block down is the pink Don Chuy food truck on the right. They’re only open Wednesday and Thursday during summer from about 4:30-9pm and serve up a variety of tasty home cooked dishes. “Had the food at Rambling Peaks Festival and the yam torta was BOMB, I expect everything else is amazing based on how well the yam torta was. The side was a slice of watermelon with tajin and a sort of corn and beans salad if I remember correctly. I love when a vegan meal is well balanced in flavor and nutrition. Love to see more vegan food around bishop!“
“I found this place on the drive back from Mono Lake and saw the PHO yellow flag. We got the wonton and seafood noodle soup and it was very good. We had a very nice chat with the chef and she was very friendly. Good food, friendly service, good price, can’t ask for more. We certainly come back next time we pass thru Bishop again.“
“Obsessed!! Love the rice bowls here and the friendly service. They can do a half plantains half tofu bowl that is perfect (cashier's recommendation). I am picky about tofu and this was excellent. I didn't really care for the lettuce in the bowl but it was easy to pick around. I went to the Mammoth location in the Footloose sports parking lot. I think the owner of this truck should try to sort out their Yelp listings and create a page for their Mammoth location specifically so that it's easier for people to find when searching online for places to eat in Mammoth!“

“You MUST stop by and try Pino Pies. My goodness, my family and I were visiting bishop and decided to try the meat pies and sausage rolls. I have not even 1 negative word. It was ALL delicious. My sister loved the sweet potato spinach pie. I loved the steak pie and also the butter chicken. But truly, they were ALL perfect. savory, plenty of umami, flaky, delicious.“
