The most unprofessional and rude staff. We were second in line, being completely quiet but just doing the patient normal wait for the people in front of us to finish their order. When it was my partner and I’s turn, the two ladies working took one look at us and instead decided to talk about instagram stories and what new drama had happened in town. They were not serving, cleaning, or helping anyone else. They literally just stood their talkingfor at least 5-10 minutes. We tried to politely get their attention once or twice and ask if it was okay to place an order but they just ignored us. Finally the kinder worker took pity on us and said to her co-worker ‘we need to work’. Her co-worker gave us a dirty look and walked away while we placed our order. It was extremely random given the fact that we almost never come here but are locals and have never met these people. I get long days, but this was incredibly rude and awful behavior towards two people just going for a bite to eat.The food was otherwise okay-ish (maybe a little greasy but that’s pretty normal), but the attitude and atmosphere kinda of killed it for us. Not coming back unless we want a teen drama update while getting a bite to eat. Do not recommend since it seemed we were not the only people to experience this as we saw other people try to order. -1 stars for service. 2-3 stars for the food.

Just stayed at bishop for a night, and this was the only place we chilled after a long road trip. The beer was very good.

A good but not great brewery…good variety of beers. Great burgers. Reuben is sooo good. SLOW. Expensive. For the prices they charge I want a server so I don’t have to order at the bar, bus my own table, get my own silverware etc. Stupid art hangs on the wall probably to make the Patagonia wearing phonies feel at home here.

Still takes forever to get food, but nice atmosphere

I think beer from almost all breweries is delicious. I had two types of IPA and they were not too bitter for the alcohol content and had a lot of flavor. And I think the kitchen here is really nice. I ordered a rambler burger and chicken salad, and the burger used ciabatta from a local bakery. It is a delicious burger with a light taste that is not covered in sauce. The chicken in the chicken salad wasn't too dry and the dressing was delicious. It's a place I want to revisit anytime.

This is a must visit when coming to Bishop. We came here almost everyday on our weeklong stay in Bishop. They have a great happy hour and late night specials. The happy hour covers in house beers and a special happy hour menu of food and desserts. The staff here is very cool and knowledgeable and keep the place very clean. They also have live music nights and different food specials throughout the week.

If you are gonna charge me 16 dollars for a burger that claims to have caramelized onions, caramelize the onions. You can't fry an onion for 5 minutes and call it caramelized when it's still white and crunchy. It took an hour for my burger to have onions that were cooked for 5 minutes.

The empanadas are to die for, so tasty with a lovely spicy sauce also highly recommend the Brussels sprouts with tahini dressing, delish ! (Especially loved that they were not covered in sugary balsamic as is so often found in the US, so actually more healthy). The vibe is great, so much so we came back 3 nights, there’s a lovely bustle of hikers and climbers and lots of board games. We especially loved on our last night, which was a Tuesday, that there was a fiddle band, really cool to hear some local musicians ?

Pretty good beer selection brewed at the their brewery. Good selection of dark beers. The burgers use local raised beef. Has both indoor and outdoor seating and pretty big inside with long shared tables.

If you are in the mood for a top notch burger, this is the place. Had the rambler burger with bacon grilled onions and diced chilles. You could actually taste the bacon, excellent quality. You will need a lot of napkins!

Five stars off the burger alone. Best burger I’ve had in a while. The grass-fed beef and bun can’t be beat. Solid beers as one would expect from a brewery. Great staff and over all great vibes. Highly recommend. I’ll be coming back for sure.

Great beer and great vibes. Check the wait for food though - An hour the two nights we went there.

My "well done" burger. They were really busy, so I just threw it in the trash.
