“For whatever reason, the staff have the music cranked so loudly it is impossible to think in either of the corners of the dining room below the speakers, and hard to have a conversation without elevating your voice everywhere else in the store. Not sure why it needs nightclub volume.“

“I drove thru the drive thru and AMBER made my day. Such a sweet disposition and attitude from the girl at Starbucks turned my whole day around. Traveling alone on the holidays is so no fun and a few minutes chatting with AMBER and my outlook brightened. She suggested the perfect coffee drink that was also delicious and yummy. She also suggested a few snacks for the road. Thank you AMBER, you never really know the impact you have on people or what they are going through.
