I ordered one Venti Carmel Frappuccino with extra Carmel and and an extra shot. It took them almost 20 minutes to make my drink. There were 4 employees behind the counter. One lady was making hot coffees and gave me attitude when I asked her why the people that ordered way after I did were getting their drinks. I guess one person was handling each station which was weird to me but whatever. Either way I was very disappointed because I've never waited that long for a blended drink...read full review
I’d recommend not paying until your drinks / food come. When paying with card the tip option is seen by the employee. I’ve had bad experiences here because I didn’t tip, my drinks were almost half empty.Parking: It’s tight, tough for trucks

I'm from out of town and stopped for a venti caramel macchiato and a venti chestnut praline latte.....my husband's cup felt heavier than mine but I thought nothing of it until we started to drive away I checked my cup (the chestnut praline latte) and discovered I was only given a grande portion. Shame on you! We spend so much at these establishments and at 6 something a cup you could at least make sure the cups are full.
