Unfortunately I had a bad experience here, especially with the waitress by name Jalene, I ordered some soup and chicken strips to go which she charged a fee for it, was told 15 min for my food and it took her an hour to hand me the food and that was after another customer asked her about it, telling her that I have been waiting longer than them, she was pretending to do stuff and my food was already done, food was cold and her attitude was nasty, never going back

Worst service ever. Wow. We got a server with the worst attitude! She seemed to be pissed that we got sat in her section? I ordered a Philly cheese steak, I got one piece of pepper no onions and hard bread, the meat was nasty the server was no where to be found. (The host brought our food.) We ordered two burgers "no onions" to go for our dogs. We were unsatisfied and done, she dropped the food to go, and walked away, never asking us if everything was ok? Not a word. I opened the box of burgers and saw the "extra" onions all over them. I asked her to please come here. She walked over like she was being put out to help. I showed her the onions she said I'll have them make you two more .I said no way. At this point we don't trust you to handle our food. She was so nasty. I asked her why didn't you come see if we needed anything the entire time? She said she was in the bathroom! Just wow, we have never had such bad service and the food was awful! My husband had the shrimp scampi it had so much lemon it was almost sour! Unfortunately she never came over to check we were both so hungry we ate! I ate a few bites of the sandwich and brought the meat to my dogs. We heard so many good things about this restaurant we were excited to try it. Never again, Bishop has amazing restaurants we don't need to eat here again. Ever! We sure love the casino. When we were checking out the host / cashier said this happens all the time with her!? That's pretty sad! All we wanted to do is have a good meal! He suggested to call over the manager but I said there's no point We will not be back. The cocktail waitress in the casino, was amazing and we tipped her very well all night.

I would give the food five stars usually but every now and then we don't get good service. But for the most part, they're excellent with service I just never see the same people over again but I don't go there too often since I don't live in bishop.Hey it's my family's favorite place to go however.Favorite breakfasts.

Comfortable and quiet- for a casino restaurant. A real dinner at a very affordable price- and zero sales tax! Big fast Tesla pull-through supercharger a few minutes walk away. Clean new restrooms.

We first went here last year and loved the food, the servers, and the prices, so we were excited to go back on our way to Reno for a steak dinner. What a joke - their prices are more expensive than a fancy steakhouse ! 28.00 for steak, 8.00 for a potato, and even more for a dinner salad. We will never go back, and that's sad. Sad because I'm sure the new prices have shocked a lot of travelers.

The food is very good. The service is not. The servers are all in a rush. There is such a mad dash between the tables and kitchen, bringing food. Even the taking of our order was a rush. We had to tell the server to bring use what we wanted several times. It is crazy.
