As always, the food is exceptional. The asparagus & miyatake salad was so creative and delicious. The pan seared scallops over a carrot ginger puree is a dish I come back for over and over again.
A group of 4 LOVING every bite! Tender scallops, fantastic fish, tender and crispy duck; and the cheese cake was light and deliciously perfect. The beef was good, not great. Overall, it was the Best good we have had in a while. I can't wait to go back to taste the other items !
This is a charming restaurant with a happy staff and great cooking. I would have preferred more info and advice on some of the dishes from our waitperson. The fish dishes are their forte. My choice, the pork chop was not a good cut. It was more fat than meat. My do over would have been a fish entre like the halibut. BUT, I would definitely return for another meal.
