better servers and food. Had the Chili Verde this morning. It was the worst thing had ever tried. couldn't get waitress attention to let her know had to finally find her to let her know and maybe order something else. But she came to the table in a huff and walked away.

20 Mule Cafe is a must stop family owned small town restaurant along Hwy-58. Don't let the outside fool you; what looks like a local dive bar outside is a comfy, warm and inviting cafe inside with fun and colorful decor. The atmosphere is laid back and easy going, a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The service is wonderful, with very nice and attentive servers who do a fantastic job taking care of everyone. The food is delicious and well priced. The breakfast sandwich with bacon topped with a fried egg hits the spot just right. The crispy, buttery, tender hash browns and the carnitas in the taco are the stars of the show. The steak dinner has a perfectly cooked steak, and the salad, mashed potatoes, and corn are very good. Kids enjoy the pancakes and corn dogs. The chili burger and chicken tender dinner are also great options. This is a great place to eat with a clean seating area. Plenty of parking along the street out front, even for a large RV. Highly recommend as a must stop when in the area.
