Ordered online- picked up pizza on my lunch break and although they were extremely busy the workers all gave excellent customer service! Pizza was delicious too!
Food was hot and fresh. Tasted great. It was ready for pick-up the moment I arrived. No complaints
Blaze Pizza at Brea Mall is my go-to spot in the food court for a quick, customizable, and delicious meal. Blaze Pizza offers exceptional service. Staff members, including a duo working together on a Sunday afternoon, are friendly and attentive. They take the time to engage with customers, making them feel valued. Specifically, Miriam (or a variation of the name) is praised for her kindness and helpfulness. When a customer's QR code didn't work, Miriam assisted with a mobile order and even provided an extra cookie as a gesture of goodwill. Her warm and considerate nature is appreciated, making Blaze Pizza a welcoming spot for a satisfying dining experience.
