Bruxie never disappoints! The waffle sandwiches are a perfect mix of crispy and fluffy, packed with fresh and flavorful ingredients. I tried the fried chicken waffle sandwich, and it was absolutely mouthwatering—juicy chicken, perfectly seasoned, and the waffle had just the right sweetness. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was casual yet welcoming. Definitely my go-to spot when I’m craving something unique and satisfying!

First time here, absolutely loved the food. Place was clean and close by the parking structure which was great. Only “down” side was the staff. Not friend at all and they all looked very annoyed. I want to think that it was because they were busy (and maybe short staffed?) but I feel like it could have been a better service. I will definitely be back, maybe not this location though.

I honestly hate leaving reviews like this, but unfortunately I found a piece of saran wrap type plastic about 2-3” long in one of my chicken tenders. The fellow was fairly nice about it, and he did indeed agree that it was plastic. I was never offered a refund nor checked back up with. Maybe I’m asking of too much? They did, however, remake my food, but it’s really hard to try and eat something again when you just had an experience like that. Anyway, I would suggest checking your food before consuming it, and I doubt I’ll ever be back here.

Went an HOUR before close and we stood at the cashiers for 5+ minutes with no one there. When someone finally shuffled slowly out of the back, he told us they had already turned off all of their fryers and said we weren't able to order food. Really disappointing.

Good spot for brunch! The waffle was crispy and light, and chicken was well fried. Would recommend the spicier flavors (like hot honey) for an extra kick. I liked that the meal didn't feel overly heavy. Everything was actually pretty light and easy to eat. Plenty of seating both indoor & outdoor. It's a great casual spot to eat in downtown Brea.
