Not only was the chicken and waffles awsome with excellent service, a regular came in off the streets as I watched him he grabbed a small sauce cup for some water. He only took 2 sips then left...I looked on to see his sit across the street... when i asked a worker if they knew him she said he does like the original when he has money to buy a meal. So I took a glass of water to him and ask if he would like a meal he simply smile and blessed me...the server rang up the original...

I was working a booth durning Bonanza days and my daughter was hungry, I couldn’t leave the booth and didn’t want her to sand in a very long line by herself. I Mobil ordered it and she picked it up when it was ready. Even though it was very busy, it was ready for pick up quickly. Tasted amazing!

I don't understand why this place no longer offers honey mustard as a sauce option. Instead they offer a creamy honey mustard which is not a good replacement. If you ask ChatGPT which is the favorite sauces at Bruxie the top pick is Honey Mustard. I'll be back when they bring back their original honey mustard.
