We came here for Father's Day. My dad ordered the porter house steak. The steak was so rare it was still cold. He told the server to put back in grill. It came back still raw. He told the server. The server was super nice about it. He also sent the manager on duty. He apologized and replaced his steak with a new one. He also comped the steak off the bill. Now that's what I call customer service. Thank you claim jumper staff. You know how to treat your customers right.
Very good service here. We visited for a Sunday brunch. There was a very good selection of items to choose from. Our waitress was nice enough to bring us some of the deserts for the kids as they began closing the brunch line. Whenever we are by Brea Mall, we stop here for a meal.

There were 15 of us and we were there at the tail end of brunch so we asked the waiters and whoever's was around if we could have more salad etc. They were so nice and obliging. I was so happy cause my grand son's day meant a lot to us.
