We were both starving but had a long drive back home, so wanted something filling but still light enough to not cause food coma.The customizable options made it easy to order. Both of us split a bowl and mushrooms tacos on gluten free tortillas. They splits -plated our food so that was really nice that we did not have to.The Tacos had amazing flavors, we asked to add pickled onions to additional tang. It was great.The bowl with tofu and brown rice, while good could use a little bit more flavoring. We got the dressing on the side that added some depth, but I feel something else can be added to the bowl to up the umami flavors.Overall a good choice. “This is my first visit to blue blow in orange city . I have been to the long beach one for couple of times . We never tried of this , best replacement for ice cream in healthier version. My favourite is blue coconut base . They have three sizes to chooses . They have different base options we can choose as many as you want. Same with toppings too . Today I choose 24oz bowl with 4 bases açai , pitaya , blue chia pudding and blue coconut. I said little bite granola and they more granola less base . You can park curb side of the street or park in the downstairs and go by lift .“

“This was my first time at this establishment and I have to say I was rather confused and overwhelmed by the amount of options and the menu. But Carolina helped me through the entire process and made ordering super easy. She was very friendly and welcoming and made sure I knew what everything was and how it worked. I loved the amount of freedom I had to build my own bowl, Carolina had sort of described as a chipotle for açaí bowls and that really helped. The bowl was delicious, the restaurant was clean, and Carolina was friendly and helpful; one of the best experiences I’ve ever had since moving into the area. “I visited Green Tomato Grill for the first time yesterday at about 5:30 in the afternoon. It was fairly busy, but they had two cashiers taking orders, so it went quickly. However , they had only one person in the kitchen. It took a little longer to get orders. The staff handled the crowd very well. They were quick but friendly. I got the bowl with black beans, chopped chicken, avocado, and a delicious dressing. It was very good. I will definitely get it again. The service and the food were worth a second trip. Having family members who are vegetarians and gluten intolerant, I was very impressed with their wide variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free choices.“

They recently went through a change in ownership and redesigned the interior of the restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the menu and the food. My favorite menu item is the 1/2 sandwich (turkey and avocado on squaw bread) and 1/2 salad, which includes chips and salsa. “Best keto desserts ever! My favorite things are the churro donuts, stuffed cookies and the pumpkin spice cookie mix. I ordered one of each flavor of the stuffed cookies and let my friend try them and he couldn't even tell it was sugar free. I was hesitant to try them because keto cookies are usually salty and gross but these were so good and way above what I expected. Oh! Also, the tiramisu is A MUST because it's so macro friendly and tasty. Each time I've come in, I've been met with friendly staff and the owner is so nice.
