I love this Starbucks go here every morning. Everyone is usually really friendly. I gave it 4 stars because today had my first unfriendly encounter. Typically I wouldn't take the time to do this but it really bothered me. Aaron was really rude so much so another customer asked me what had happened. I think he needs to be trained in customer service!
Customer service is excellent at this Starbucks, not only they are fast and efficient but they are also kind. I stop by early morning (6:30 am) and leave around 9:00 am, they greet, and help customers in the best possible way, speaking for my self makes that makes my day. They music is great nothing crazy or boring. The environment is welcoming and inclusive, love the option of the outside patio.Today I changed my usual and found that the drink I got didn’t get along with...
A branch store in Brea next to Corner Bakery. Today was the last day to get a 50% off on a cold drink, so there were lots of customers getting cold drinks on a humid day like today.
