I would give them 5 stars. I feel like I pay so much money for the food but they are really stingy with their garlic sauce and the sauce cups they do have are less than half full. Other than that the food is really good.

I ordered the Shanghai noodles with vegetables and only got a piece of green onion!

I’m just not sure why they don’t know the difference between ramen noodles and and udon noodles. Then they want to be rude and combative and clearly don’t have knowledge on what they are even serving.

Best dumplings ive had out here, I'm from Vegas but I would put this at the top from other places that I've tried. I've seen them make everything hand made while we are there and the flavors of everything is on point. The broth in soup dumplings is very flavorful and nothing is greasy especially the chow mein I will always eat here when I come out to Oakley. The flavors the love put into the food feels authentic was a great experience and I would like to thank the restaurant for that 🙂 very good thank you again I'll remember it and talk about it for a long time 🤤😋 ate there at the restaurant and had it door dash both times were awesome 😎.

Very good food and good portions based on other places. Favorite affordable dimsum around. Love the cucumber salad, xiao long boa, popcorn chicken, leek pork dumplings, and vegetable dumplings. Parking is busy during peak hours so plan for that.

Parking: Busy parking lot with in n out and Trader Joe’s and plenty of other food places make dinner time parking a little difficult.

If you haven’t been to 88 Bao Bao, you’re missing out! I just had their soup dumplings, and they were absolutely delicious—perfectly flavorful and steamed to perfection. This spot has become one of my favorites, and I always look forward to enjoying these little bites of heaven.

If you’re a fan of authentic and satisfying dumplings, you’ve got to stop by and try them for yourself. Highly recommended!

We went to eat there and truly weren't expecting much, since we've eaten dumplings at restaurants in multiple Chinatowns. However, the dumplings were excellent, comparable to the Chinatown restaurants. If you like dumplings, we highly recommend this restaurant. We especially liked the soup dumplings and shrimp dumplings. Their non-dumpling side dishes were good too.

Good dumplings, just WAY too expensive for what you get. Ordered 2x Shumai, 1x BBQ Pork Bun and 1x Sesame Balls and it came out to $45!!! Can get better price down the road on Balfour near Safeway for the same order....

I used to be a frequent customer, but my experience last night and today has changed that. Last night, I ordered the steamed vegetable buns and Chow Mein. Later that night, I ended up with food poisoning. Today, I called the restaurant to report what happened and informed them that my husband would be coming in to get a refund. The lady on the phone initially refused to refund me and offered more food instead. I declined, explaining that their food had made me sick. I asked to speak with a manager, but she said the manager was not there. I reiterated my request for a refund due to the food poisoning. She put me on hold, then came back and agreed to provide the refund.

However, when my husband arrived at the restaurant just five minutes later, they refused to refund him, with the manager claiming they couldn’t do it. How is that possible when I was told the manager wasn’t there? I would avoid this place to prevent getting food poisoning. They do not care about their customers and won't even issue a refund, which is the least they could do. These people have no integrity.
